Department of Homeland Security’s California Water System Regional Resiliency Assessment Program (RRAP)

This document provides the final results from the 2016 California Central Valley Water RRAP project, the status report and implementation plans for the 2017 Southern California Water RRAP project.  This report details the year-long process to collect and analyze data on the critical infrastructure, followed by continued technical assistance to enhance its resilience and incorporates opportunities for valuable information and data exchanges.

The goal of this document is to generate greater understanding and action among public and private sector partners to improve the resilience of a region’s critical infrastructure.
